Prof. Manturova made a great contribution to the establishment and development of Plastic Surgery in Russia as a separate discipline. Dr. Kul completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty between 1993 and 1999. He then pursued his residency training in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery at Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital.
During his residency, Dr. Kul received advanced training in breast aesthetics, and facial rejuvenation surgery at Belvedere Hospital in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, under the mentorship of Dr. Cesar Arrunetaqui. He became a certified specialist in Aesthetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery after completing his thesis titled “The Effect of Adipose Tissue–Derived Stromal Vascular Fraction on the Viability of Random-Pattern Skin Flaps.”
After completing his compulsory service at Van State Hospital, Dr. Kul worked at Istanbul Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital before establishing his own private clinic in Istanbul.
His main areas of professional focus include deep plane facelift, endoscopic facial rejuvenation techniques, and breast aesthetic surgery.
He is a faculty member of MAFAC (Mendelson Advanced Facial Anatomy Course) and the author of the book "Endoscopic Deep Plane Face Lift" and the article of "Transtemporal Endoscopic Deep Plane Face Lift" published in the PRS Journal.
